All sales are final. There are no refunds. By enrolling in any class, event, or activity hosted by ALTE HOUSE INC (hereafter referred to as “ALTE HOUSE”), I, the participant or legal guardian of a minor participant (hereafter referred to as “Participant”), acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (minor, serious, catastrophic, or death)
• Illness, including exposure to infectious diseases
• Property damage, loss, or theft
• Emotional or psychological distress
• Any other risks, known or unknown, arising from participation in ALTE HOUSE activities

I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge ALTE HOUSE, its owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, independent contractors, volunteers, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any ALTE HOUSE program, event, or use of its premises, including travel to and from such activities.

I acknowledge that ALTE HOUSE bears no responsibility for providing medical care, health insurance, or any other form of assistance in the event of injury, illness, or emergency. I further understand that ALTE HOUSE is not responsible for any acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to other participants, vendors, and spectators.

I expressly agree that this waiver and release applies to all present and future claims, whether known or unknown, and is binding upon myself, the Participant, and our heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

I understand and agree that ALTE HOUSE may capture, record, and use images, videos, and other media of participants for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes. By participating in any ALTE HOUSE class, event, or activity, I grant ALTE HOUSE the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and license to:

• Photograph, record, and film the Participant
• Use the Participant’s name, likeness, voice, and appearance in any medium, including but not limited to social media, advertisements, and marketing materials
• Edit, modify, or create derivative works from such media
• Distribute and publish such media in any format without compensation or approval

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final media and release ALTE HOUSE and its affiliates from any claims related to the use of such content, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.

I understand that ALTE HOUSE is not obligated to use any such media and that I will receive no compensation for its use.

I acknowledge that ALTE HOUSE is not responsible for providing medical care, treatment, or insurance coverage for Participants. I understand that participation in ALTE HOUSE activities carries the risk of illness or injury, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all medical expenses that may arise.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize ALTE HOUSE staff, instructors, or representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for the Participant. I understand that ALTE HOUSE assumes no liability for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any medical treatment received.

I further release ALTE HOUSE from any liability related to the administration of emergency medical care, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, or the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), whether performed by ALTE HOUSE staff or emergency personnel.

No Guarantees: Participation in ALTE HOUSE activities does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or benefit. ALTE HOUSE reserves the right to modify or cancel classes, events, and policies at its sole discretion.

Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to all ALTE HOUSE rules, policies, and instructor guidelines. ALTE HOUSE reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to others, without refund or credit.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALTE HOUSE from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from my (or the Participant’s) participation in any ALTE HOUSE activity.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which ALTE HOUSE operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

By purchasing and/or participating in any ALTE HOUSE INC class, event, workshop, program, or activities, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this agreement. I understand that this document is legally binding and that by participating in ALTE HOUSE activities, I am waiving certain legal rights on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant.

I acknowledge that I have the legal authority to sign this agreement and that I am doing so of my own free will.
